Neighbours cutie Sam Clark joined co-star Dean Geyer at the 2009 Nickelodeon Kid Choice Awards red carpet which took place at Hisense Arena in Melbourne earlier this month.

Sam and Dean spent moments posing for the paparazzi before taking on the fans then getting slimed on the red carpet of annual kids awards show.

For those who didn’t know Sam is a singer/songwriter/guitarist/keyboardist whose songs are beautifully melodic with thought-provoking lyrics.

Music is not a new interest for Sam, who has been writing songs and playing guitar since the age of 15. Sam has a varied array of musical tastes and influences, sighting Birds of Tokyo, Bon Jovi, Cold Chisel, The Temper Tap, Slipknot, Jeff Buckley, David Gray and The Kooks, to name just a few.

Due to popular demand, additional Sanity and HMV in-store appearances have been scheduled for Sam Clark to celebrate the release of his debut single ‘Broken’. Sam will also be performing with his full band and singing copies of ‘Broken’ at the Barwon Health Foundations’ ‘Gala Day’ benefit in Geelong on Saturday November 21. During his promotional tour, Sam will also be visiting local high schools discussing his career thus far and undertaking Q&A’s with the students.
