August 16th :: Lindsay Lohan: Early Rehab Release?
She’s been on a rocky road to recovery from her years of substance abuse, and though Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in rehab, she may be released early.
The “Georgia Rule” actress may be eligible to have her term in the UCLA Medical Center truncated if her doctors say she’s good to go.
The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office stated, “We understand there’s a possibility the program she’s in might be modified – meaning it might be reduced or the program could switch from in-patient to outpatient.”
They continued, “But it’s up to the judge and we’ll go along with whatever the health care professionals advise.“
August 13th :: Lindsay Lohan: Looking Forward to Working Again
She’s been sorting herself out at the UCLA Medical Center’s substance abuse rehab facility and Lindsay Lohan is already looking forward to returning to work.
According to Radar, LiLo’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley paid a visit to the “Mean Girls” actress and is feeling positive about her disposition.
Holley explained, “Ms. Lohan is doing very well. She was surprised that Judge Revel was no longer going to be handling the case. However, Ms. Lohan will continue to comply with the court’s orders whether it’s from Judge Revel, or Judge Fox.”
“Ms. Lohan looks very good. She looks healthy. My client is looking forward to returning to work on her many creative endeavors upon her release from the treatment facility.”
August 11th :: Jennifer Aniston: Feelin’ Sorry for Lindsay Lohan
She’s pretty good at keeping herself out of trouble, so it comes as no surprise that Jennifer Aniston doesn’t envy Lindsay Lohan’s current situation.
Of the “Mean Girls” star, who recently went directly from prison to a rehab center, the “Bounty Hunter” actress told Extra, “I don’t envy Lindsay Lohan. Poor thing.”
The 41-year-old actress also revealed that she’s been tossing around the idea of signing up for a Twitter account in order to keep the rumours under control.
She told, “I should just get a Twitter account just for rumour control because if I get one more phone call from my Mum going, ‘Jenny, I know you said you’d tell me if you’re pregnant or getting married, but Aunt Jean just called me.’”
August 7th :: Lindsay Lohan’s Marc Ecko Shoot: Behind the Scenes
With more behind the scenes shots being released, Lindsay Lohan spent time before being locked up working away on a new shoot for Marc Ecko’s Cut & Sew fall collection.
Getting pampered as she read through the day’s agenda in a hair & makeup chair, the “Mean Girls” starlet proceeded to strike a range of steamy poses for the upcoming ad campaign.
And while she’s never shied away from showing a little skin, insiders tell that LiLo opted to use a body double for the most risque shots.
As for choosing Lindsay in spite of her legal drama, Jacobs initially told press, “I cast Lindsay because people are fascinated with her – they can either feel good or bad things, but they are feeling some type of emotion. She’s a pop culture icon.”
July 21st :: Lindsay Lohan Goes to Jail
Showing up seven minutes late for the moment she’s been dreading over the past two weeks, Lindsay Lohan arrived at the Los Angeles courthouse on Tuesday morning.
With her parents, Michael and Dina, both on-hand, the “Mean Girls” starlet was represented by Shawn Chapman Holley – who started by telling Jude Revel that Robert Shapiro was only consulted – never actual legal representation.
During the course of the short hearing, Lindsay was told that she must report to probation within 24-hours of being released from The Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California.
Looking to be nervous, as could be expected, Miss Lohan was then placed in handcuffs – as all cameras were ordered to be turned off – before being led to an awaiting police cruiser for transport to Century Regional.
As previously reported by Hollywood Treatment, LiLo was sentenced to 90 days in jail for probation violation, while many experts predict a stay of somewhere closer to 23 days.
July 20th :: Lindsay Lohan’s Got 24 Hours of Freedom!
In less than 24 hours Lindsay Lohan will be reporting to jail to serve out her sentence for violating her probation.
The “Georgia Rule” actress will stay at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California, a sixteen-year-old facility just south of downtown LA.
This will be LiLo’s second appearance at CRDF, as she served an 84-minute stint there back in 2007 for a DUI conviction.
And despite the fact that Judge Marsha Revel sentenced her to 90 days behind bars, Lindsay will likely only serve around three weeks due to overcrowding and good behavior.
July 16th :: Lindsay Lohan Enters Sober Living, Gets New Lawyer
Making moves as she’s less than a week away from being locked up in jail, Lindsay Lohan has reportedly headed to a sober living facility while attaining a new lawyer.
The “Mean Girls” star is said to have picked up former OJ Simpson lawyer Robert Shaprio‘s services in a bid to elude her 90-day sentence.
According to Radar Online, LiLo checked into Pickford Lofts in West Hollywood on Wednesday afternoon.
During her first day in the center, Miss Lohan received visits from former lover Samantha Ronson, her mother Dina and new gal pal Eilat Anschel.
With Shapiro planning on trying to persuade the judge to spend her sentence at Pickford Lofts, prosecuter Danette Meyers tells, “Ms. Lohan is going to jail… Judge Revel could have sentenced her to more time behind bars, but she didn’t. The only issue to be decided is what rehabilitation facility Ms. Lohan will be sent to after she serves her jail time.”
July 16th :: Lindsay Lohan: No Jail/Rehab Swap, Says D.A.
With a 90-day jail sentence staring her in the face, Lindsay Lohan has enlisted hot shot attorney Robert Shapiro to keep her out of prison and straight to rehab.
But prosecutor Danette Meyers has declared that LiLo will definitely be going to the slammer regardless of who she hires or what they say.
Meyers explained, “It’s a really a moot point to ask Judge Revel to send Ms. Lohan to rehab only as Judge Revel has already sentenced her.”
“Ms. Lohan is going to jail… Judge Revel could have sentenced her to more time behind bars, but she didn’t. The only issue to be decided is what rehabilitation facility Ms. Lohan will be sent to after she serves her jail time.”
July 11th :: Lindsay Lohan: Finding Comfort in Family
Making the most of her final days of freedom, Lindsay Lohan was spotted getting a java pick-me-up at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Los Angeles, California on Friday.
The “Georgia Rule” actress was looking sporty in workout gear and sunglasses as she ordered up her drink while joined by sister, Ali, and her mother, Dina, who are offering their constant companionship during these trialing times.
The sighting comes as insiders tell that LiLo is “scared to death” of her impending jail stay – as she’s been sentenced to 90 days lockup on a probation violation.
Mentioning plans of filing an appeal, Dina Lohan told ET, “She’s a fighter, and until the final result — we’re not giving up. I think it’s time we get another attorney just to see it from another light and do damage control.”
Complimenting her mom’s guidance through the tough times, Lindsay tweeted last night, “I love my mother… she is amazing and strong* she’s all i could ask for and more, by taking on the role of my mother and father all my life.”
July 7th :: Lindsay Lohan Found in Violation, Gets 90 Day Jail Term!
Looking as if her lawyer has run out of her magic touch, Lindsay Lohan has been found to be in violation of probation – getting slammed with 90 days in jail!
Spending nearly all day in the Beverly Hills courthouse on Tuesday, Judge Marsha Revel wasn’t willing to accept attorney Shawn Chapman Holley‘s long lines of defenses for the troubled actress.
The judge emphasized the fact that Lindsay came and went to required alcohol classes on her own whim – despite having explicit orders which were supposed to have been followed.
Confirming this, co-owner of Right On Programs, Inc. Cheryl Marshall said that Miss Lohan’s excuses were “endless and disrespectful” – adding that the “Mean Girls” starlet missed at least nine classes in all.
Upon the judge’s ruling, LiLo was advised to speak before sentencing – during which she attempted to explain herself in between sobbing over the stressful situation.
With Miss Chapman Holley and the prosecutor giving statements, the judge then dished out three consecutive 30 day sentences, with Lindsay then to report to probation to go through the whole treatment program over again.
Giving Lindsay a little extra time, the court has given Lindsay to July 20th at 8:30AM to turn herself in – though she’ll have to keep her SCRAM bracelet on.
July 4th :: Lindsay Lohan’s Assisstant Pulled Over By Police
Lindsay Lohan and driving obviously are not a good mix even when she isn’t the one behind the wheel because her assistant got a ticket from the police on July 3rd 2010 while she was on the way to Miss Lohan’s birthday dinner.
Lohan’s new assistant, Elonore was pulled over by cops as she dropped Lindsay off for dinner. The cops said she received a ticket for running a stop sign, having covered license plates and tinted windows. Lindsay was in the car but jumped out and went into the restaurant for her birthday.

Clad in a low-cut floral frock with brown leather knee-high boots and red lipstick, the 23-year-old actress spent a few hours inside the local hotspot before being escorted out to an awaiting ride.
Clearly upset over the constant paparazzi attention in which she receives, LiLo tweeted, “Can’t paparazzi just disappear for one night? Just so I don’t have severe anxiety? Its like, one night off- like work days and weekends!!!! I’m rambling now…but if not that – arrest them LAPD for their wreckless [sic] driving and running stop signs & lights for once!”
Prior to the club run, Miss Lohan joined little sister Ali at a private pool party, which also brought out “Gamer” hunk Gerard Butler.
June 7th :: 2010 MTV Movie Awards: The Show, The Winners
Making for quite the entertaining evening, the 2010 MTV Movie Awards were held at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, Claifornia earlier today.
As could be expected, “New Moon” cleaned up during the ceremony, taking home five nominations including the top honor, Best Movie.
Among the other winners were Anna Kendrick, Tom Felton and Amanda Seyfried, while Sandra Bullock scooped up the Generation Award.

June 7th :: Lindsay Lohan Hits the 2010 MTV Movie Awards
She’s always up for a night out, and Lindsay Lohan was spotted arriving on the red carpet at the annual MTV Movie Awards earlier today.
The “Mean Girls” actress sported a sparkling one-piece pants suit, making sure her SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet was out of sight from all the cameras.
Sure to be quite the action-packed night, the MTV Movie Awards are being hosted by “Parks and Recreation” star Aziz Ansari.
The show will feature other performances by Katy Perry, Snoop Dogg and Christina Aguilera, and footage from the forthcoming “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” and “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.” Presenters include Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz and Robert Pattinson.
June 2nd :: Lindsay Lohan’s Memorial Day Weekend
Stepping out for some fun in the sun, Lindsay Lohan was spotted at a pool party in Pacific Palisades, California on Sunday.
The “Freaky Friday” actress concealed her SCRAM bracelet beneath a pair of knee-high boots as she mingled with fellow guests.
And though she usually tries to hide her alcohol-inhibiting device, LiLo modeled the SCRAM bracelet for a photo shoot, with the proceeds of the sale going to “an undisclosed charity for alcohol education treatment.”
In a statement, Lindsay’s rep explained, “To alleviate the chase to get the first shot of the scram bracelet, it was a good decision to supply one to the public.”
May 24th :: Lindsay Lohan: Homeward Bound
After partying it up over the past several days in Cannes France, Lindsay Lohan was spotted heading back to Los Angeles.
The “Mean Girls” starlet hid under a hat and behind some shades as she made her way through the Heathrow Airport, sipping on a Coke as she went.
Once Lindsay lands she has some very important legal matters to deal with, as she is already out of jail on $100,000 bail for failing to show up for court on Thursday.
Of dealing with the situation, Lohan’s mum Dina told press that her daughter “is committed, is serious; she will be there and she will make up the classes, we’re obviously going to do that the minute she lands.”
May 23rd :: Lindsay Lohan Parties Her Troubles Away
Still living it up overseas, Lindsay Lohan hit up a yacht party during the 63rd Annual Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France on Friday night (May 21).
After the fun-filled outing, the troubled “Georgia Rule” actress was spotted making her exit alongside fellow partygoer Lady Victoria Hervey.
The sighting comes amidst continuing legal woes, with LiLo’s mom telling press that she was told to stay out of the States until matters were cleared up.
“We did what we had to do to protect her,” Dina tells. “We did that for court purposes and the warrant purposes. To clear all that up before she hits American soil, which we have done, so she is now able to come.”
Talking to Radar Online, Mama Lohan added, “There was no music to face. We were dealing with issues to get her back safely — without an arrest and vacate the warrant. And that takes time, that doesn’t happen overnight. There are a lot of phone calls, a lot of people involved and a lot of decisions being made. So we did what we had to do to protect her.”

May 21st :: Lindsay Lohan Issued Warrant, Bail Set at $100,000
With court proceedings going as expected, Lindsay Lohan has been issued an arrest warrant for violating her probation on Thursday.
Breaking reports tell that Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel issued the bench warrant while setting bail at $100,000.
With Lindsay missing the hearing due to being stranded in Cannes, Judge Revel said that the “Mean Girls” actress “may have violated her probation” – adding that a court date will be set for a later date.
When Lindsay is arrested and posts bail, she will be forced to wear a “scram bracelet” and submit to random drug testing until the matter is resolved.
As previously reported by Hollywood Treatment, Miss Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, showed up at court with his attorney, Lisa Bloom, asking for rehab instead of jail time.

After tending to legal matters on the west coast, Lindsay Lohan was spotted getting back to the Big Apple on Friday afternoon.

The trip comes after Miss Lohan took part in a deposition hearing in Los Angeles related to a lawsuit she faces stemming from a 2007 joyride arrest.

She’s never in one place for too long, and yesterday Lindsay Lohan was spotted arriving at JFK International Airport on a flight from LAX.
The “Mean Girls” gal looked preoccupied as she made her way through the terminal, chatting away incessantly on her mobile phone.
In a recent interview, Dr. Drew told press how he’d make sure LiLo ended up in rehab if she were his daughter.
He explained, “If she were my daughter, I would pack her car full of illegal substances, send her on her way, call the police, and make sure she was arrested. I would make sure she was not allowed to get out of jail. I would then go to the judge and make sure she was ordered to a minimum of a three-year sobriety program.”
Drew continued, “I absolutely wish no harm to her, but I just have a feeling that something awful is going to happen to her, like she is going to lose a limb. I hope Lindsay gets help before something terrible happens.”
Lindsay was none too pleased with Drew’s sentiments- she replied, “He’s a quack and a sell-out. Please tell him to stop! I’m fine. I don’t get what’s wrong with people.“

Striking a few sexy poses during a recent photo shoot, Lindsay Lohan is hoping that her fashionable endeavors can help bring in the much-needed bucks.

Currently focusing on leggings, the Los Angeles Times tells that 6126 will soon feature mini-dresses, sequined-hoodies and oversized-cardigans, among other items.

Elaborating a bit on the decision to cut the “Mean Girls” gal, designer Estrella Archs added, “You have up and downs and you learn a lot, more from the downs than from the ups.”
March 8th :: Lindsay Lohan Fills Up on Paris Fashion Week
Continuing to get her full fill of the fashionable happenings in Europe, Lindsay Lohan spent the weekend attending a variety of the Paris Fashion Week shows.
On Sunday, the “Georgia Rule” actress made her way over to Halle Freyssinet for the John Galliano Ready to Wear show, at which she grabbed a prime seat alongside Sidney Toledano.
The previous day, LiLo joined up with actor Gary Dourdan for the fabulous Viktor & Rolf Ready to Wear display held at Espace Ephemere Tuileries.
